Flexible Materials Extruded

Back to Services
Flexible PVC (Flexible Polyvinylchloride)

Hardness/Softness can be adjusted easily by adding varying percentage of plasticizers. Plasticizers in flexible PVC are subject to degradation under UV radiation.

TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber)

Blend of Flexible PVC and Nitrate that improves the mechanical properties of the PVC

TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomers)

TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomers) Has good chemical as well as mechanical properties compared to Flexible PVC.

TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane)

Highly resilient and tough flexible material. Combustible material and can burn if exposed to open flame.

EVA (Ethylene-vinyl Acetate)

Good clarity and gloss, low-temperature toughness, stress-crack resistance, and resistance to UV radiation.

TPV (Thermoplastic Vucanizate)

Same family as TPE’s but with better overall properties such as chemical resistance, extreme working temperatures, UV resistance, and much more.
